Service Description
Personalized Support to Help Learning Feel Possible Again. NestED Afterschool Intervention provides personalized one-to-one learning support for scholars who may be struggling academically, feeling left behind, losing confidence, or becoming reluctant to learn. We know how difficult it can be to watch your scholar become frustrated or begin to believe they simply “can’t do it.” Our approach starts by meeting your scholar where they are, understanding how they learn, and providing intentional support tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and pace. Through personalized instruction, encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences, we work to strengthen foundational skills while helping scholars rebuild confidence, experience success, and rediscover the joy in learning. We want scholars to leave their sessions feeling seen, valued, capable, and excited about what they can accomplish. Because every scholar’s needs are different, afterschool intervention is not available for instant online booking. Families are asked to book a consultation with us first so we can learn more about your scholar, discuss areas of concern and determine the most appropriate level of support. Let’s help your scholar move from “I can’t” toward “I’m ready to try.”
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Clients may book available sessions up to 30 days in advance and must book at least 24 hours before the session start time. For services requiring recurring instructional times, such as Orton-Gillingham Literacy Intervention and NestED Alternative Learning, scheduled days and times are established directly with the family and reserved for the scholar. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your scholar’s scheduled time is specifically reserved for them. Please provide 24–48 hours’ notice when requesting a cancellation or schedule change. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Missed sessions are not rescheduled or credited. Requests to reschedule are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session. The session will end at the original scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If we need to cancel a session, the family will be contacted and an alternative session will be arranged at no additional charge. Waitlist Policy When a scheduled appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be notified of the opening. Once notified, the available spot will be held for 30 minutes. If the client does not accept the appointment within that time, the opportunity may be released and offered to the next client on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Openings are offered based on availability, and accepting a waitlist opening is optional. Once a waitlisted appointment is accepted and confirmed, our regular booking and cancellation policies apply.
